Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ability to provide financial analysis and different presentations of potential lending opportunities & partners to the Managing DirectorResponsible to calculate cash flow debt scenarios, property valuations, investment analyses (IRRs, and sensitivity tables)First internal contact for debt related market research, Bid-Pricing, Bank Term Sheet structure and in charge to support different asset management and financing teams by independently performing market research of local markets, tenants financial analysis and other market data to inform decision making.Be familiar with Lending Strategy and have an understanding of loan structuring concepts and rationale.Support the real estate investment transaction due diligence and closing processes.
Qualifications:
At least two years real estate banking experience within an investment bank, real estate or private equitySelf-motivated and hard-workingStrong proficiency in Excel and financial modelingKnowledge of corporate finance, accounting and valuation methodologies
