Job Description
Our client is a successful corporate finance boutique. Since their inception they have built up an excellent reputation in the market and have an enviable record of success, advising on a range of transactions. On the back of strong dealflow, they are looking to build out their team with the addition of a Senior Analyst.
Responsibilities include:
- Involvement in the deal process from origination through to execution
- Perform detailed financial modelling and quantitative analysis
- Develop marketing initiatives to be presented to corporates and private equity firms
- Day-to-day project management and coordination of work streams with clients and others advisers
Candidates will display an outstanding academic record and a proven record of achievement within a reputable investment bank or a big 4 practice. Candidates will have excellent valuation and financial modelling skills. Successful candidates will be rewarded with an exciting opportunity to progress within a highly-regarded team with excellent exposure to clients and senior management.
