Job Description
This fund is a flexible investor which will invest in debt, equity or mezzanine. It often partners with buyout funds in LBO transactions but will also invest in refinancing situations, development capital and can also assist entrepreneurs to realise some of the capital in their businesses. The team is comprised of high quality individuals with a wealth of investment experience. This is an unparalleled opportunity for someone to learn from one of the best deal teams operating in the European mid-market and to gain exposure to investment across the capital structure.
In order to apply you should be working at Analyst level in a top tier global investment bank (in either leveraged finance, financial sponsors or M&A) and should have experience gained in London. You will ideally speak another European language but this is not a prerequisite. You must have an exceptional academic background, coupled with excellent analytical skills.
