Job Description


Role Description & Responsibilities:

-Build strong and effective relationships with the business and within Finance, and develop a deep understanding of the business to aid financial analysis

-Provide insightful, timely and meaningful management information and present this data with impact, influencing the views of key stakeholders, and aid decision making

-Thorough understanding of all component parts of P&Ls including the products / funds and associated income and costs

-Provide input into the pricing of new funds / segregated mandates and prepare the relevant business case

-Contribute to the 3 year strategic planning process

-Provide critical financial input on various ad hoc projects e.g. new fund launch business cases

-Continually strive to understand the real estate business, its products and markets and develop insights from external market data.

-Use this knowledge to become a trusted and valued contributor to the management decision making process in the business

-Contribute effectively to the continued development of the Finance function; its processes, systems and controls

-Demonstrate sound commercial knowledge

-Understanding of the investment management industry, ideally in a business facing, commercial role

-Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen

-Strong communication and influencing skills
