*Corporate/Financial Institutions banking experience within an International environment
*Strong sales/new business experience (ideally with exposure to international sales)
*Experience of structuring complex deals with FI clients in particular Insurance Companies
*Track record of developing and cultivating client relationships
*Track record in the provision of cross-border client solutions
*Relevant product experience
*Relevant client sector experience
*Actively manage and retain a portfolio of existing clients. Take full responsibility for relationship coverage.
*Develop new clients in line with the business strategy
*Manage pipeline and grow client satisfaction and penetration in line with strategy
*Identify cross-selling opportunities across the full suite of the Bank's products.
*Ensure solutions are appropriately structured to manage and mitigate risks associated with the portfolio. Ensure risk is managed within parameters deemed acceptable by the bank. Ensure adherence with compliance standards of the bank
