Job Description


As Assistant Commercial Manager for Sainsbury's Bank Insurance, you will support product development, partner relationships and governance. Commercially focused and results driven, you must have significant experience in a product management, development or relationship management role within financial services.

You will ensure that we achieve agreed sales, retention, income, profit and new product development targets. You will monitor performance, analyse intelligence, help to shape propositions and evaluate the quality of the customer experience. Strong communication, project management and problem solving skills are essential, supported by a proven track record in cross functional teamwork to deliver marketing, proposition and product developments.
