Job Description
Our client is a major financial services group, based in London. They have a very successful private debt and leveraged finance team which makes balance sheet loans to private investors to enable them to achiece their strategic objectives. The team has consistently been active in recent years, and made a number of loans to blue chip clients.
They are now looking to recruit a Director, whose brief will be the origination and execution of private loans and debt finance for their clients. A senior role within the team, the position will require you to build client relationships, execute loans and agree terms, and have an active part in the development of the business overall.
Candidates will be at the Director or Executive Director level at the moment, and will work in leveraged finance, structured finance, private equity, private debt or alternatives. You must want to originate, and must have a solid background in credit and leveraged lending,
