About our client
A leading well funded top performing Private Equity Fund of Fund with a 15+ year track record and offices across the globe
Responsibilities
- Research and originate primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities across Europe. You will, take responsibility mainly for co-investments and contributing to primary and secondary opportunities
- Evaluate co-investment opportunities, lead due diligence efforts through to investment completion and post investment monitoring
- Further involvement in the entire primary and secondary fund investment process alongside the rest of the team
Skills we're looking for
- Demonstrable European co-investment or direct experience. People with only primary and/or secondary fund experience will not be considered
- Strong academic skills - MBA will be a plus
- Strong analytical and financial valuation skills
- Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with different levels of seniority
- Good communication and personable skills - a sociable team player
- Aware and considerate of cultural differences
