The Analyst will work with a Managing Director, Executive Director and Associate, assisting them with all client activities (marketing, execution and on-going relationship management). The analyst will assume responsibility for managing internal processes for deal executions, internal approvals, and ongoing management of client relationship). The Analyst will have exposure to a wide range of teams within Investment Banking, including Syndicate, Legal, Structuring, Credit and M&A. The Analyst will be working in a dynamic and demanding but team-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:Assist in preparing pitch books and marketing materials for client meetingsBe involved in and support the execution of funding and capital raising transactions for UK FIG clientsPrepare capitalization models on excel to support pitchingAssist in preparing market updates for clients in written and verbal formatPrepare and understand bond pricing mechanics for regular updates to clientsManage internal processes for deal pitching and executions work closely with Syndicate, Structuring, Legal and M&A teams
