Job Description
Responsibilities will include; Preparation of financial statements for current holding companies, monitoring cash needs from London to Jersey, drawing up simple contracts and dealing with local advisers on tax structure.
The successful applicant will have either just qualified from practice or be part qualified with Private Equity experience. Applications should be made now as a shortlist is currently being put together.
