Rule Financial is looking for Collateral Management specialists to join our already established team. You will act as a Collateral Management subject matter expert working with our clients to shape and deliver strategy, business advice and solutions for collateral management. These may involve rationalising collateral/inventory data, reviewing and re-engineering processes and technology, identifying methods and opportunities to make the most efficient use of collateral or identifying opportunities to provide value from collateral through techniques such as collateral trading.
You will also be heavily involved in marketing and pre-sales activities, researching and authoring thought-leadership and developing and building on our existing intellectual property in the Collateral Management space. A part of your role will entail working with sales and marketing to deliver campaigns and sales pitches, shape proposals, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and advise our clients in all aspects of Collateral Management. You must have proven experience of this.
Rule Financial has built an excellent reputation with the strength and depth of its collateral expertise; we are looking to leverage your knowledge to enhance that reputation with our clients. You may come from a banking, consultancy, or clearing house where building relationships and understanding client needs is critical and business development may be an element of your role.
You should have experience in one or more of the following areas - sell-side or Central Counterparty Collateral Management and workflow, collateral optimisation, tri-party, quad-party, collateral pricing and trading, prime services, derivatives (listed or OTC), and margin methodologies and calculation (clearing-house or client). You should also have a good appreciation of the front-to-back workflows in your area(s) of experience.
