Job Description
As part of the internal M&A team of this global bank you will work on a wide range of transactions across Europe, North America and the MENA region. As part of a small team you will work closely with the co-head of group M&A and will be responsible for the origination and execution of principal transactions. Types of deals worked on will include mergers, acquisitions, disposals and minority investments across a variety of FIG sub-sectors. In addition to working on deals you will work with the team to help shape the bank's strategy across various geographies and help implement this.
Suitable candidates will be recently promoted VPs and will currently be working in a top tier investment banking FIG or Coporate Development team. Applicants should possess:
• FIG M&A experience developed in investment banking
• Strong academics
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Confidence and maturity to work alongside senior members of the bank
