Our client, a leading asset management company, currently seeks an Operations Director to be based in London.
The Operations Director will be responsible for: -Process re engineering/change management -Risk management of processing teams -Budget management -Training and development of the team -Ensure that all transactions are processed -Work with the projects team to provide MI and streamline processes.
As such, the successful Operations Director will have the following skills and experience: -Excellent all round knowledge of trade processing -Proven leadership and management skills -The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience in running operational teams, will have a proven track record in change management and working with third parties
