Each programme features two or three placements, designed to provide you with the broadest possible exposure. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our business. And you will gain the skills you need to grow in one of Barclays most dynamic and challenging areas.
Training and development
It all starts with a four-week, offsite induction course., which will provide a solid introduction to our two-year rotational programme. Each year you will attend a 'continued learning week', and training and study will be on going. And you will also take on our Leadership Challenge.
Right from the start, you'll be able to draw upon the advice and support of a 'buddy' and a senior mentor. By the end of your two years, you'll be ready to start exploring the possibilities of a career at the forefront of corporate banking.

Locations
You could find yourself working anywhere across our network of offices in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. Depending on your role, you may also have the opportunity to spend some time overseas, making the most of a global presence.Wherever you work, you will take on high-profile challenges that make a clear difference to our organisation and our clients.

Who we're looking for
As a Corporate Banking graduate, you will be our future. Your intellect and drive will support the growth of our customers and the communities where we do work. And, in a business that is ready for change, your readiness to suggest and explore new ideas will help us become a top tier corporate bank.
On top of this, you will need to have, or be expecting, a 2.1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline. GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C (or equivalent) are also required, as are practical work experience and a willingness to relocate if needed.
