Permanent role
I am currently recruiting a number of Officer level positions (Salary ₠28,000 - 32,000) for our client operating in the Financial Services sector here in Dublin City Centre. These are permanent positions within the Bank's Retail division and successful candidates will need to have a QFA qualification or a minimum APA Loans and Regulations exams completed. If you have previous mortgage experience in a client services environment you will be a suitable candidate for this permanent opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
Frequent communication with mortgage customers to maintain and build the Bank's existing strong reputation in the market with its customers
Completion of all client requests in a timely manner to ensure all deadlines are met
Build relationships with existing client base to ensure an excellent service is provided to all Bank customers
Compliance and adherence to existing legislation as required by the Central Bank of Ireland
Maintenance of all client interaction and queries to ensure all queries and requests are captured accurately on the Bank's system
Key requirements:
QFA qualified or minimum APA Loans and Regulations exams completed
Minimum 2 years' experience developed in a similar position with exposure to mortgages / retail deposits
Excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills for engaging with clients on a frequent basis
